Clicking the ? Button at the right of the Primary Toolbar displays the Support menu:
The top two items open pages in this Help centre.
If you have email configured on your iPad the Contact support item will present you with a pre-filled email for you to add your question to. This email is sent to our support system and we will respond promptly.
The email has a copy of your current project automatically attached. You can remove this if it isn’t directly related to your query.
The bottom two items in the menu provide In-App Help. The first item changes depending on which Tool you have selected in the Main Toolbar. In the image above, the Building Tool is selected so you can assess information relating to the Building Tool.
The second item provides access to the Interface Overview that was presented when you first installed Spaces.
The Interface Overview allows you to:
- Open an Example Project to explore Spaces
- Watch a short Video showing you how to create your first Building
- Take a tour of the Primary View highlighting and explaining the different Toolbars
