IFC Export is part of our Professional subscription plan.
It is quick and simple to export an IFC of your Spaces model.
From the Import/Export menu select Export to IFC.
Navigate to where you want to save the file.
The exported IFC contains all the Spaces in your project along with their metadata. The IFC also contains Columns.
Note: The IFC does not contain cladding as most BIM software provide their own specialty tools for these systems. If you are wanting cladding for rendering purposes then use the OBJ Export.
You can open your IFC is your choice of BIM software. The following is an example IFC inside BIMcollab's free Zoom viewer:
